The CH100 is a single channel, radiation hard optically-coupled isolator. It is composed of an infrared emitting diode and a silicon phototransistor within a 4-pin surface mount package.
The CH100 has been designed, manufactured, and tested to meet the requirements of very low temperatures (operating well below -150°C) that are encountered in radiation harsh environments experienced in space applications. These devices are ideal for use within hybrid applications and can be mounted directly onto a PCB board offering the customer flexibility in their design.
Absolute maximum ratings, recommended operating conditions, electrical specifications and performance characteristics are identical for all units. Any exceptions, due to packaging variations and limitations, are as noted in the datasheet.
Please give details of your requirements and a member of the team will be in touch.
