Description
This device is single optically coupled isolators. The channel is composed of a Gallium Arsenide infrared emitting diode coupled to an integrated high speed photon detector. The output of the detector is an open collector Schottky clamped transistor.
This CH350 has an internal shield providing a guaranteed common mode transient immunity specification of 1000V/μs and is used for isolation voltage applications requiring up to 500VDC. The CH350 is being used in environments encountered by space applications. The package style for this device is a 5-pin Hybrid.
